We want checkout to be quick and easy. We currently accept:

Billing & Charges

• Order Confirmation – Once you place an order, we'll email you a confirmation with your purchase details.
• When You're Charged – Most payments are processed at checkout. Some methods (like PayPal) may charge immediately or follow their own terms.

International Duties & Taxes

Depending on the destination country, an order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected separately unless explicitly shown as included at checkout. Brooks & Beck does not control customs charges or clearance times.

Payment Security

• Secure Checkout – All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology to protect your information.
• No Stored Card Details – We never store your full payment information. All processing is handled securely by our trusted payment partners.

Payment Issues

• Declined Payments – If your payment is declined or requires verification, we'll email you with next steps. You may need to contact your bank or try another method.
• Order Holds or Cancellations – If a payment cannot be completed or verified within a reasonable time, we may place the order on hold or cancel it. If payment has already been collected for an order that Brooks & Beck cancels, the collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
